Travel insurance

Does anyone know of a reliable travel insurance company that would accept off road trail riding in South Africa, just want cover for any illness or accident.

Try Carol Nash, they have no cc limit. i took out travel insurance recently with them for 2 months for two people and it cost £99. Andy
