Syria > Turkey and Green Card?

I'm planning to enter Turkey from Syria, and I need to get Green Card bike insurance that'll take me to the UK. Where's the nearest place in South East Turkey to get this cover?

Normally this should be available at the border. If it isn't, try the nearest Turkish AA office.
