Russia Temporary import permit

Guys I need some guide and help. I will be shipping my bikes to Vladivostok, Russia. What are the procedures in clearing the custom there and How do I get the temporary import permit?

My journey covers Vladivostok, Mongolia, The Stans, Iran and Turkey.

My advise is to use an agent to clear customs.
Best guy in Vladivostok is Yuri Melnikov (Links LtD)
