Registering bike in USA Tips for a tourist
 

Hi, i am looking to go on a road trip next year and planning on buying a bike for a month trip. Doing some research it seems that registering the bike is the hard part since you need a USA address and i would only be a tourist.

Wondering if anyone has found any ways around this. Maybe using a P.O Box or asking the dealer to use their address or something along those lines.

Also would be much appreciated if there are any other posts or comments that could be linked that would help me.

Glib answer: it depends on the state. Only slightly less glib: do a site search using the box at upper right of this (and every other HUBB) page. For search terms, try something very much like, "Register bike in USA," and you'll find more information than anyone is going to offer in response to your query.
