Pakistan visa in HK (US citizen)
 

I am in Hong Kong on a student visa and will be here for another ~3 weeks. The consulate won't let me get the visa here. Has to be via the embassy in the USA.

Is there a good trustworthy agency that can get me a visa before I leave?

If not, then I'm not going to Pakistan.
