Oman Visa
 

Hi,

Can anyone tell me if I need to get a visa for Oman in advance of entering the country, or can I just apply for it when I cross the border from UAE?

I hold a British passport.

I don't speak from experience, but all sources I have found (FCO, Lonely Planet etc.) advise that you can get a visa (1 month single entry, or 6 month multiple entry) at any official land border. Certainly this would cover the UAE, not so sure about Yemen...

Let us know how it goes - can;t wait to get into Yemen / Oman.
