No Obligation Certificate (NOC)
 

Hi there,
As I am Turkish and holding a Turkish Passport I went to London last Monday to sort out the visa issues with schengen states and Middle East countries.. French embassy made a lot of trouble, but I got it at last. Then I went to Bahranian embassy. They told me I nee NOC (No Obligation Certificate). The lady in embassy said that it is a certificate issued by government when a hotel apply for it. However, I need more detailed information. Does any one of you know what it is?
Also I think I need the similar thing fo UAE.
Any info wellcome!!
