Navigator Insurance / Travel Insurance Facilities Group, bad experiences?
 

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone has any RECENT experience of Navigator Insurance since it changed its underwriters to TIF?

I've been hearing some horror stories about them not paying out on legitimate claims and there's a few mentions of this sort of thing on Twitter etc about them too.

As we are open minded travellers, I thought I would ask on here if anyone has used them recently and needed to make a claim and what their experiences had been.

Insurance is supposed to give you peace of mind when off adventuring so it would be great to confirm or debunk the stories I've been hearing about Navigator as on paper their insurance looks perfect for a forthcoming trip, but if it's not worth the paper it's written on I will look elsewhere.
