motorcycle insurance for Russia at Verkhly lars border with Georgia
 

I will be crossing from Georgia to Russia at the Verkhny Lars border at the beginning of may 2019, and my green card does not cover Russia. Any recent info, on the possibility to buy insurance at this border, or before in Tbilisi.
