leave South Africa without motorbike ?

I`m travelling by motorbike from Germany via Turkey and Eastafrika to Cape Town (now I`m in Sudan) and from Cape Town I want to fly back to Munich.
After that trip I don`t need the motorbike anymore, because it`s extremely used and I want to buy an other (bigger) bike.
Now m question:

what is the cheapest way to leave South Afrika (or Namibia) without the motorbike, that I get in Germany my guarantee for the Carnet de Passages from the ADAC back?

Is it possible to go to the custom in Cape Town and tell them that my motorbike is broken and I can`t repair it (more expensive than the value) so that I can import the motorbike and get all the stamps I need and pay just around 100,00 Euros for doing all this paperwork ?
