What is the cost of an Iranian visa in Dublin for a UK citizen?
Do they accept cash (Euros) at the consulate or is a postal order required?

I went to Dublin to collect my Iranaian visa on 24th March, therefore this information is reasonably up-to-date.

Cash is not acceptable. You must pay with a Euro postal order. But no worries, as there is a post office just down the road (see below).

Visa fee: 180€ (£150)
PO postal order charge: 3.60€ (£3)

Directions to the nearest post office:

From the Iranian Embassy/Consulate, go back down the road to the junction of Mount Merrion Avenue and Rock Road (the R118). It's a walk of about 700 metres (10 mins). At the junction turn right and you will see a shopping complex on both sides of the main road. Don't cross the road. Head toward the main entrance of the shops to your right. Look out for the Marks and Spencers sign. The post office is hidden on the ground floor right at the back of the arcade of shops.
