Insurance for Africa
 

Fellow Adventurers,

Pls advise on a good Insurance Co., to cover a 4 week ride around West Africa.
On a previous msg, I beleive There was a suggestion for one, UK based..

What you need to purchase is the Brown Card...you can't get it in the UK...the closest thing you'll get in the UK is the Green Card which is good for Morocco but not for the rest of West Africa...

I picked mine up in St Louis Senegal...but pick up one weeks wort when you arrive at the Senegales border so you can arrive in St.Louis unhasselled...cops there are looking for handouts...
