Health insurance (from UK)
 

I know that this topic has been asked before but I am hoping for some up to date info.

So

Travelling from the UK, bike a 650, destination Australia, would be nice but not essential to renew from abroad...

Any recommendations.

World Nomads, but has been reported that Brits can't get cover for riding bikes. Might be worth contacting them via support email rather than using the automated quote system.

Trailfinders. You'll pay an extra premium for a 'large capacity' bike, but otherwise no problems. It's a UK company but they'll insure residents of certain other European countries too (we're resident in Ireland). They insured us for our "Inagh to China" ride and, after I had to make a claim for curtailment, they even insured me again for my return trip to Moscow to pick up the bike. Good people to deal with.
