I just want to put in a good word for the Go To Russia visa agency in the UK.

When I first started looking at the visa requirements for our trip, I found quite a bit of conflicting information on various sites. I e-mailed Go To Russia and the manager, Elena Trankarova, kindly answered all of my questions, over several e-mails, even though I wasn't a customer at that point.

Once it came time to obtain the visas, I opted to use Go To Russia based on their helpfulness in answering my questions. Through them, I obtained my one-year multi-entry Russian business visa (plus letter of introduction) as well as a 60-day, double entry Kazakhstan visa and a 30-day Mongolia visa. They could have also obtained the Uzbek visa but I've opted to get that in Bishkek as entry must be made within 90 days of the visa being issued and the timing was just too tights to get it in advance of the start of the trip.

Throughout the process, Elena kept me informed. As each visa was processed, I was billed and paid via Paypal. Easy to deal with and the visas were issued without any problems.
