German Export Plates
 

Does anybody know how long can the German export plates are valid?(6 months??)and if you buy a new bike in Germany as a US citizen can the dealer does the paperwork for you?

You can choose from 1 to 12 months.

Normally, dealers will register a bike for you, I wouldn't expect a problem there, as long as you supply all the necessary papers.
