Evisa for Ubekistan from 1 april 2018....?

Just heard from a Uzbek doctor, living here in Denmark, that the Uz goverment from the 1 april will use evisa - just like Tajikistan.

Does anyone know if this is decided / true..?

Here on caravanistan they are talking about July 2018. But yes, it seems to be coming:

And they have already (in 2017) dropped the whole Letter Of Invitation for European citizens.

I will be in Kyr-Taj-Uz, June and July on mc.

We are maybe in June in Uzbekistan. If we decide to do that, we will just arrange a visa before we leave. Because there is a good chance that the e-visa will come to late.
If it is coming in April, then let us know, because that would of course be early enough.
