Entering Peru with a Power
 

I have heard various different things as to whether it is possible or easy to enter Peru on a motorbike using a poder. I plan to enter from Bolivia, and am wondering if anyone has any recent info on which borders may be easier, or more difficult. Time permitting I will go through Beni and Pando and enter near Puerto Maldonado, but with so few days left on my visa it is looking more like I will need to leave via one of the crossings near Titicaca...
