What do i need in the way of paper work to cross the border here, i get lots of conflicting info, this will be my first trip out of the EU, so anything regarding paperwork, touts ect getting out and getting back in.

You need to complete a temporary importation form for your bike which you can print out in advance and have with you.

Then you need to complete a police immigration form, see details here.

Get the immigration bit done first. A unique number will be stamped in your passport and the temporary import form will be cross-referenced to it. And that's all there is to it.

For goodness sake DO NOT PAY THE TOUTS to do this, it is real simple (or if you do, don't give them more than €1 which is a fortune for 10 mins work).

Once through into Morocco, if you haven't already got a green card for Morocco, you should purchase border insurance in Fnediq. More general information here.
