Carnet for non-eu countries
 

Hi,

I am planning a trip from the UK to Turkey on June. I have to cross non-EU countries like Croatia, Yugoslavia and Bulgaria. Do I need carnet for these countries? By the way, I am holding a Turkish Passport and its non-EU.

No, you don't need a Carnet for ANY European country, western or eastern, no matter where you are from. Good luck on your trip!
