Carnet for Morocco
 

Hi there am a little stuck in Cueta trying to get into Morocco, have had my documents stolen my international cert for motor vehicles i have contacted te AA and they dont seem to know anything about these mine was quite old do you still need them or will ownership papers do????? Do you need a carnet to enter Morocco or other western african countries as i was advised that you dont and can buy a laissez passer at the borders?????? Thank you for any help
