carnet for mauritania
 

hello, i´m planing to go to maurinatia and mali with my 1988 r100gs, the automobile club from spain that issues the carnet de passage here in spain says to me that i don´t need really the carnet for these countries, but the man from the mauritania embassy in madrid says that i need it for crossing the border, do i need it really or not?
