Carnet for Ghana?
 

In a few weeks we will driving South from Morocco visiting:
Mauritania
Mali
Burkina Faso
Ghana
Togo
Benin
Maybe Nigeria

We've made the decision to come without a carnet as it seems we can buy a local one for most of these countries, The only one that concerns us is Ghana.
Has anyone entered Ghana without a Carnet or is it possible to buy a local one when you're then?

On a bike, no carnet is needed.
