Carnet docs for West Africa
 

Hi
We are planning a motorbike trip through Morocco, Western Sahara, Mauritania, Mali, Burkina Faso and Ghana. It is our understanding that we will not require a carnet for any of these countries. Can anybody confirm or deny this? Also, does anybody forsee a problem with Visas given that we intend to retrace our footsteps through the same countries - ie are visas for these countries multiple entry or will we need to apply twice?

I see you also posted your query on the Sahara Forum, and that you got a response there. That is definitely the place to ask questions about West Africa, whether the topic is paperwork or the weather.
