I'm a Singaporean currently travelling in South America.
I'm now in Cochabamba, Bolivia. I met a fellow biker who is a Bolivian, who plan to travel round the world. He has problem in obtaining CARNET DE PASSAGE from his country. As it is not necessary to have CARNET when you travel in America Continent, thus, not even the authority department know what's CARNET is all about.
Can anybody advise please.
