I'm Polish citizen.

Do you know when I get CPD without bank quarantie?
I did it in Poland few times, but now I will drive to Iran and Pakistan with 2 cars so the amount is double and I look for cheaper alternative.

I have no idea of the options in Poland, I'm sorry. We've taken out CpDs in the UK and there are two options - one is a security Premium which is a smaller outlay but you will receive a small amount of this back when you discharge the CpD. The other option is a cash deposit which is a much larger amount but you will get most of it back once you discharge the CpD. I would check with your carnet issuer in Poland to see whether the first is an option.

Alternatively ADAC and Touring Club Switzerland apparently offer CpDs for vehicles outside Germany and Switzerland respectively. I have no experience with either (at least in terms of CpDs).

We are fortunate that our Automobile Club offers CpDs at much lower rates than it seems are common in other countries.
