Can we fly out of Cyprus without our bikes after travelling through Turkey??

Maybe someone can help?

Three of us travelled down from the UK to Greece earlier in the year and have left our bikes at a BMW garage. Our next intended trip is to Cyprus in a few weeks. We intend to do a few islands first and then into Turkey, along the south coast and catch the ferry onto Cyprus.
Does anybody know the implications of the Passport stamp that we will get when we arrive into Turkey, (stating that we are with bikes). As we intend to leave our bikes in Cyprus and fly out back to the UK. We will then return back next spring to carry on our trip.
