Brazil and the guianas this September 2013

Heading down to south America mid September this year (2013) Starting out in Georgetown Guyana, over to Boa Vista Brazil then on to Manus where I join a ferry to Macapa. Then up the east coast of Brazil to French Giuana, Dutch Giuana and back to Georgetown. Looking for any advice regarding visa requirements, insurance--where to get it and any company who might be going that way.
