Borrowing a motorbike in CHILE
 

Hi,

My chilian friend has offered me to borrow his bike to head south into Patagonia. Yes, a very kind offer!.

I have read the numerous threads about purchasing a bike in Chile/South America but I cant find any information about the paperwork that I would need in this case? If possible, I may want to cross the border into Argentina.

Could someone help me please?

You need a "poder" and an "authorization" for crossing into Argentina signed at a notary!
