Belarus toll system Beltoll - what gives?
 

Has anybody ever used the Beltoll system in Belarus?
I'm going there with my car in less than two weeks and I'm stumped on one small requirement posted here:
Prepay mode

Everything else is fine, but this:
Emission Class Certificate (original or copy, upon availability; if not included in the vehicle registration documents)

The problem is none of my car documents lists this. It's an old 1995 Audi A4 1.8T, so it should be Euro2, at least, but nowhere does it state this.

Is this a sticking point for getting one of those OBUs?

I'm trying to get a document stating the emissions standard of this car, but it's proving to be a major pain, or a huge cost for something as simple as this.

Their answer is: You need just your passport (hope that's your car) and car certificate. That's it...
Ps. On russian version written that's good to have, but no obligation.
