Anyone received a Tajikistan visa extension? Help needed!
 

I recently got a Tajikistan 30 day tourist visa which expires on 25/6.

Unfortunately this falls short of what I need...which is around 30/6.

I guess the two questions are:

1. Has anyone recently received an extension in Dushanbe? I heard they take a long time, I can probably only afford 3 or 4 days tops.

2. I will be passing through Istanbul where I hear the consul is very good and can issue visas same day. Does anyone know if it would be possible to get a second visa starting the day after the one I have expires or if they will issue a new visa would the original one have to be cancelled?

Or any other options anyone can think of?
