Advice needed for Enfield Bullet registration & carnet.
 

planing next years india-europe on an Enfield.
so i understand i should by it in Nepal so as to register it on my name.
about the Carnet. how does it work ? do i need to bring with me some papers from my home country ? ( Panama ) , can i purchase those at another ( currently in UK ) .
will appreciate whatever advice on the subject, links and contemporary info concerning india-pakistan-iran part.
