UK To Nepal or beyond June 2014 to October 2014
 

Hi

I have 4 and a half months off next year starting from June 2014 to mid October 2014
The loose plan at the moment is to set off from London and go as far east as possible and then ship the bike back

Once beyond Turkey I would like to go via Iran, Pakistan, India and then Nepal, however, if the Carnet is too much I am considering a route that goes through the stans and maybe finishes in Mongolia.

I'm considering (so are a few others) to make the trip via the Stans to Mongolia. I would like to take the Trans Mongolia Express back to Moscou with bike and all on board. More info in the "UK to Magadan" post a bit further down the list in this "Trav. Seeking Trav." forum. There is also info on the CdP in that thread. Departure would be around May though for Mongolia

I saw that thread, unfortunately, at the moment my dates are fixed and the earliest I will be able to set off is 1st of June, hence why I posted separately.

Initially that was my plan, set off in May because its idea weather but work needed me around for another month :)
