Travelmate for Australian Desert
 

Hi!
I am going on an Australia trip for two month starting in about one or two weeks (whenever I have finished preparations). I am Starting from Melbourne and want to go to Alice Springs and along the east coast.
I have never done a Motorbike trip before and it would be good to have some company, espacially in the desert.
My bike is an elderly Honda XR 250.
Maybe I can also meet somebody before the trip who can give me some advise.

Hi Dave,

sure, I will send you a travel report after the trip. Finally my bike and my equipment are ready and I will take of at the 28th. First I will head for Sidney to spend Newyears with some friends, after that the real thing starts. I am pretty psyched!
