Sydney to Cape York and back July
 

Hey All,
As a result of a mate and his missus bailing out, I'm looking for like minded folk to tour the Cape...original plan was to go in my ute (dual cab) hauling bikes on back tray or trailer up to Cairns...then parking the car somewhere and do the rest of the journey on the bikes...

So Syd - Cairns approx 2500km doable in a copule of days in a car
Cairns to Cape - approx 1000km....to enjoy the ride and allow for fun probably cater 4 days each way...

Total trip length 14-16 days max..
I did consider riding all the way up there and that's an option...its about...plan would still be to punch the first 'boring' 2000km as fast as possible then relax to enjoy the cape...I may be able to extend the leave to 3 weeks too depending on circumstances...
