‘Stans to Europe, August to October 2019

I’ve some unfinished business in the ‘Stans and like riding new roads and trails too. My bike (Honda XR650L) is currently en route via freight connections to Bishkek and from there I’ll start by heading south through Kyrgyzstan (first 2 weeks August), Tajikistan (second 2 weeks August: Bartang valley, Pamir Highway and Wakhan corridor) to Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Russia (September), Georgia and Turkey to Europe.

Maybe you’re riding the same road? Visiting the same sights? Want to drink a piva/ vodka/ chai? Ride a bit together? Let’s get in touch. Not really interesting in hand-holding, but it is fun to share adventures with like-minded people.
