South America this winter...
 

Two friendy Canadians riding their R1200GS's through South America beginning in Equador this November 2008 and riding through Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina and Uruguay would like to hear from fellow travellers in the area...exchange emails and possibly cross paths or even do some riding together!

I'll be in Quito soon. I will assume the beer is still cold...
I am still thinking a shop up by Cartegena would be nice. We'll talk about all things great in Colombia over a beer.

We will be heading into Guatemala within the next couple of days and will continue to head south. Hoping the flood waters receed enough for us to get through.

Hello all...

Hope all the riding has been safe and fun!

We are in Cuenca, Equador today Nov 21/08 and are heading into Peru over the next few days...if anyone is around maybe we could meet along the way.

Also, any suggestions, warnings for roads in Peru would be appreciated!
