OZ nsw and vic August 2011
 

Hi all,

just wondering if anyone would be interested in joining me for some of my journey through Oz. Its my first adv ride so even just a day to give me tips, etc would be great. I plan on riding a XR600. Currently in the US now, plan on picking up the bike last week july and starting soon after.

G'day. Mate your timing is a little off,Winter is a crap time to do some adv riding,especially in vitoria. Winter has been real wet so a lot of the rivers are almost impossible to cross and all the good riding is up in the hills, or if you like the great dividing range. But if you want to drop in i can give you some help with rides and accom for a weekend if needed. I live 60klm,s sth of Melbourne on the mornington peninsula. Give me a yell if i can assist and have lots of warm riding gear because it is cold and wet.Good luck:thumbup1:
