North & East Europe mid 2011
 

Hey All,

I'm planning a trip to north and east of europe for mid of next year (roughly end of may start of june)....

Its only going to be around 3 weeks (would love to do more but i dont think my boss would entertain it!) and my intention (however open to suggestions) is to follow this route

I ride an old but reliable TDM mk1 (850) and my intetion is to go off the beaten track where possible...not counting the first and last 600miles (as these are countries I tend to visit frequently) the trip would be roughly 6000 miles so around 250 miles a day

Looking to either hostel, camp or sofa surf it where possible to keep some of the costs down but anyhow if you are thinking of something similar, let me know!

OK - I could possibly stretch to 2.5 weeks although the region (and into Belarus) sounds good.

i've done this region a couple of times and it's fantastic. Ive got hold of a yamaha rally bike which is bullet-proof and fully loaded

let me know more details of your proposed route, please.

Im planning a similar trip. basicly all of eastern Europe in mid may 2011.
Also looking for offroad tracks, Hostels, Couchsurf and tent. Cant miss out on good night outs in some great partyspots too.

if you have your route planned PM it to me and we could see if our roads cross.
