Dear fellow travelers,


I am riding from Baku to Iran in a few days on my Honda CRF 250 L. I came from Mongolia and am riding to Germany (but might park my bike in Georgia for 2 weeks). I was riding alone for quite a while and would be happy to meet some other bikers somewhere on the was.


About me: My name is Cate, 30, from Germany and I am on my firs motorbike jurney ever but aparentley solving all problems alone and without mecanic experience is less a problem than you would think.

Hi Cate,

Saw your post, but have only just joined forum so can't PM yet...

Landed in Tehran yesterday. Bike arrives airfreight Sunday (hopefully). Will do a bit of a (counter-clockwise) loop in Iran before heading north to Stans then Russia and Europe. Only planning 21 days in Iran (give or take)

Happy to ride with others for anyone wanting to reach out. Will post my own thread soon. Too frantic prior to leaving Aus to get on top of this sort of thing. Happy to hear from others too.
