May or September 2005 5 weeks, I am going to visit eastern europe,turkey,Iran, poss.syria. anyone remotely interseted in "making one in" as they say in Yorkshire?

thanks for the reply, my plans are very flexible at the moment...I'm looking to go out on the 29th of April 2005 via p.o. hull to Zeebrugge, one overnight stay just east of brussels with cousin and husband. then it's a quick blast through Germany camping at Deggendorf though austria as quick as poss overnight Budapest, overnight Belgrade, overnight Sofia, three nights Istanbul,overnight Amasya, overnight Dogubyazit, enter iran then it is unplanned anything goes... want to get down to Isfahan maybe Bam, and as flexible as you like on the way back may be south turkey syria Aleppo if poss. I'm trying to get through most of west Europe as quick as possible so as to spend more time in the east of europe and Iran the ferry back will be from Caen to portsmouth only because I've got a voucher from brittany ferries after I had to cancel a trip last year. non of this is written in stone as I find when your out on the road things take a natural course anyway
so there it is five weeks and so much to do.

Just a thought are you going to the HU event at Ripley in July? if so might see you there

I went through Jordan & Syria to UK in 2003 and Iran to UK in 2002. If you fancy a chinwag I'll be at the HUBB (insha'allah) - 1150GS with Sharjah plates.
