From Botswana to Europe (west coast)

I am planning to leave on the second half of january 2017 from Maun Botswana and cross Africa through the west coats (Namibia, Angola, congo brazza, gabon, cameroun, nigeria, benin, bf, mali, maur, moroco, spain/portugal, france)
