im planning a trip from Dubai to Kenya. looking for interested parties. is the route down the east coast of Africa open?

Egypt is ok, Ethiopia ok, and Kenya ok... the rest not so much currently. Most travellers are doing the west coast now!

Middle east is okay to go till Egypt? So in Africa the only issue on the west coast is Sudan?
