Cape to Cairo
 

Just a month to go before we head into darkest Africa. Bike ready, kit packed, just done a 2 000 km backroads trip to get into the mood. Meeting Miles in Cape Town on the 14th, plan to depart on the 20th.

have fun, you'll enjoy it immensly. In fact you'll even enjoy any problems you encounter on your trip as that's when you'll find out that this world is full of wonderful people eager to help you out.
I am back in Africa in January 2010 and can't wait for my trip to start.
