Cape Town to Calcutta - August 2015
 

Looking for 4x4 travel/convoy companions to share some stages of travel.

I'm planning to leave Cape Town in mid August headed for Mombassa. Am going to Namibia first then Bot, Zim and Zam, Malawi, Tanzania and then, depending on time, either go around Vic Lake from the western side (Rwanda, Uganda and then Kenya) or head up into Kenya in order to get to Nairobi in early October.

Planning to ship vehicle to India end Oct / early Nov with a view to crossing from Mumbai to Calcutta by late Dec.

You are going at much faster pace then we intend to. We are getting sorted in SA expecting to ship to the cheapest port in SA and fit the Toyota with all sorts as it looks so much cheaper.A friend is renting us a flat and free use of his workshop for a month so we are likely to ship in August lets catch up my number 07771642299
