California to North vancouver and Aslaka this winter?
 

Hello,
Is anybody crazy to ride to the north this winter?
am very technical, experienced rider on snow and rain.
i have ST1300 this days buy may move to a F800GS for this kind of trip.

Behzad,

You have a few passes you need to cross before WA, once at sea level again you should be fine to Vancouver BC as it's normally above freezing however you aren't even half way... once you leave the coastal region you are into the mountains in every direction, you'll be dealing with ice/snow and terrible weather.. roads aren't salted the roads are normally a sheet of ice with a layer of gravel on top....

I guess crazy is one way to put it,, your motto may need to be updated - Ride hard, with ________
