Buenos Aires Northwest to Peru

Leaving Buenos Aires tomorrow:clap: heading NW to Salta area, Paso Jama, Cuzco. Anyone heading that way? We are 2up on a Buell.
Any recommendations on where or what to see. or good places to stay would be appreciated.
