Australia & New Zealand starting November 2018

Hello everyone,

I am considering to ride in Australia and New Zealand starting from November/December 2018 for about 4 months.

Is there anyone who wants to ride the above mentioned countries over the same period of time?

The plan is to ship my Bike from Europe to Sydney/Melbourne.

Has anyone information over the cost for such shipment?

I am looking forward hearing from you.

Cheers

Pierre

I have shipped my moto in the opposite direction from Sydney to London in March 2018. It arrived at the end of May. It cost about AUD 1,600 or approximately €1000. I had tried to find a shipper to Spain but was told that that this would be very time consuming as very few ships go there. That may or may not be true though..... he wanted me to ship to where he usually ships to.

Just about every shipping line will trans-ship via Singapore.

The agent in the UK was excellent. Motofreight near Egham.

Airfreight was gonna cost about AUD 3 - 4000....

Make sure your bike is scrupulously clean so it passes the white glove test on arrival. Australia has some mean bio-security laws. As does NZ.

I have left my bike in Bulgaria while I work in Africa and will just return next year and ride it again.

Hope this helps a little....
