Stuck in Tegucigalpa,a few things to sort out,family illnes back home.
Think at the moment I will continue my travells.Hope to leave here tomorrow and head down the way you are coming up.We may meet somewhere along the track.

Great! Then we should be able to meet up tomorrow. I'm in El Paraiso (have NO idea how they came up with that name....) - it's the town closest to the border Las Manos. Border crossing was good though - took about 40 mins. Got ripped off though because I was tired and stupid..... I think it'll take about 2 hours to reach the capital. Will set off at about 7.30 so hope to meet up for a coffee on the road.
