about XT 660 TENERE ?
hallow every one ! (i am train to sale my KLR650 in Argentina after 8 moth of traveling with it (really enjoy it i am thinking about my next motorbike and look`s like the new XT 660 TENERE is there any one that have one and made a long trip or just have it a wailed ? what cainde of problem do this bike suffer ? recommended or not really ? thank`s Friends yehonatan niv |

I have one (actually the Mrs does but I have some keys:thumbup1:)but havent used it for anything more adventurous than some light off roading and long day rides. Its a good bike that seems well put together and uses an old motor that is very well proven and it would be my first choice out of the new off the shelf uk bikes available for an extended trip. The only thing that concerns me is that it has a ring antennae immobiliser, which is something that has stranded BMW GS riders plenty of times, and I have not looked into how to bypass it yet. Oh and this will probably get moved as I think its in the wrong forum |
