[2018, September-January] South Africa to Kenya,
 

Planning to fly from Sweden to South Africa (probably Johannesburg) and travel through South Africa, Namibia, Zambia, Madagaskar, Tanzania and finally ending up in Kenya.

The trip is very optimistic distance wise and my goal is not necessarily to reach Kenya, but rather to enjoy the journey. So if I only make it to Tanzania (or Madagaskar for that matter), that would be fine as long as I'm enjoying it.
